The TPSE106M050R0400 is a high-performance 60A rated, nonisolated, power module, which uses the latest multi-phase switched-mode topology. The TPSE106M050R0400 operates over an input voltage range of 2.95V to 5.5V, and can be set to any output voltage over the range, 0.8V to 2.5V, using a single external resistor. The combination of a wide input voltage and wide-output adjust range allows the PTPSE106M050R0400 to be used in many of high-performance applications. The TPSE106M050R0400 incorporates Auto-Track.
